Experience in complex customer-facing software delivery environments is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead release readiness reviews and delivery checkpoints.

· Maintain Jira and MS Project views to support release planning, schedule tracking, issue follow-up, and management reporting

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

· 6+ years of experience in software release management, technical project management, software delivery, or software program management

· Experience in complex customer-facing software delivery environments, preferably within aviation, aerospace, IFE, embedded systems, or other integrated technology platforms

· Strong software technical understanding, including software development lifecycle, release lifecycle, software features, defects, builds, integration issues, validation, deployment readiness, and customer-impacting software issues

· Ability to translate technical software issues into clear schedule, quality, risk, dependency, and customer-impact language

· Experience working closely with software engineering, QA, system engineering, integration, validation, product, program management, and customer-facing teams

· Strong hands-on experience with Jira and MS Project, including release tracking, task ownership, dependencies, blockers, milestones, dashboards, and schedule management

· Experience supporting project management process improvements, and organizational transformation

· Knowledge of portfolio and program management concepts

· Strong presentation, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present clear release status to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams

· Ability to influence cross-functional team members without direct authority, drive accountability, and motivate teams to meet commitments and deadlines

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
