The posting

Als Senior Stammdatenadministrator (m/w/x) stellst du sicher, dass produktionskritische Stammdaten jederzeit korrekt, konsistent und belastbar sind. Du schaffst damit die Grundlage für stabile Prozesse in Engineering, Produktion und Supply Chain – und verhinderst aktiv Fehler, Verzögerungen und unnötige Kosten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Anlage, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Produkt-, Material- und Stücklistendaten (BOM) im ERP-/MRP-System D365
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch sorgfältige Dateneingabe, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Datenkorrekturen
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Umsetzung technischer Änderungen auf Basis von Engineering-Dokumenten, Zeichnungen und Änderungsmitteilungen
  • Pflege von Artikelstammsätzen, Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen und produktbezogenen Dokumentationen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion, Supply Chain und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung korrekter und aktueller Stammdaten
  • Verantwortung als Business Process Owner (BPO) für PLM/Bluestar sowie Unterstützung bei Tests und Validierungen neuer D365-Releases
  • Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von NPI-Prozessen (New Product Introduction) im Bereich Data Management
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports sowie Bereitstellung aussagekräftiger Datenanalysen auf Basis von D365-Daten

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP-/MRP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365) sowie komplexen Stücklisten- und Produktstrukturen
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Engineering Changes (ECR/ECO) und deren Umsetzung im System
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege, Strukturierung und Qualitätssicherung von Produkt- und Stammdaten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Datenanalysen, Reports und gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion, Einkauf und Supply Chain
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
