Trenutno tražimo Senior tehničara/servisera za održavanje opreme u Podgorici, s iskustvom usmjerenim na kupca i tehničkim vještinama za pružanje usluga tehničke podrške Printecovim kupcima. Biti ćete odgovorni za poboljšanje performansi proizvoda Printeca i zadovoljstva korisnika kroz pravovremenu i uspješnu instalaciju, rješavanje problema i održavanje proizvoda i usluga.

Odgovornosti

  • Instalacija opreme (bankomati, POS uređaji) i prateće opreme, u skladu sa važećim procedurama i standardima,
  • Rješavanje tehničkih problema u radu bankomata, POS uređaja i prateće opreme,
  • Interventno i preventivno održavanje bankomata, POS uređaja i prateće opreme,
  • Planiranje i realizacija svih zahtjeva u dijelu funkcionalnosti bankomatske i POS mreže i prateće opreme,
  • Posjeta korisnicima radi pružanja usluge; implementacija procedura za povratne informacije ili pritužbe,
  • Vođenje evidencije realizovanih aktivnosti kroz radne aplikacije,
  • Popravka modula i djelova u servisnom centru, upravljanje rezervnim djelovima,
  • Priprema predinstalacione dokumentacije koja sadrži detaljne liste zadataka i plan rada za sve proizvode
  • Skladištenje, otprema i prijem rezervnih djelova,
  • Korišćenje vještina i znanja koje posjeduje kao i odgovarajućih raspoloživih resursa za podršku u rješavanju problema (intranet stranice naših partnera, baze znanja u okviru grupe, kontakti sa kolegama iz inostranstva)

Requirements

Kvalifikacije & Iskustvo:

  • SSS/VSS elektrotehničkog/računarskog smjera,
  • Iskustva na području održavanja elektrotehničke opreme, računara i elektromehaničkih uređaja,
  • Izvrsne analitičke vještine i vještine samostalnog rješavanja problema,
  • Komunikacione vještine i sposobnost rada u multikulturnom okruženju
  • Visok nivo profesionalizma, znanja i razumijevanja korisničke usluge,
  • Fleksibilnost rada u različitim vremenskim rasporedima,
  • Dobre komunikacije i timske vještine te poznavanje engleskog jezika,
  • Poznavanje bankomatskih (ATM) i POS proizvoda i iskustvo rada u bankarskom sektoru smatraće se prednošću,
  • Osnovno znanje IT,
  • Aktivna vozačka dozvola B kategorije.
