Trenutno tražimo Senior Tehničara/servisera za održavanje opreme u Splitu, s iskustvom usmjerenim na kupca i tehničkim vještinama za pružanje usluga tehničke podrške Printecovim kupcima. Bit ćete odgovorni za poboljšanje performansi proizvoda Printeca i zadovoljstva korisnika kroz pravovremenu i uspješnu instalaciju, rješavanje problema i održavanje proizvoda i usluga.

Odgovornosti

  • Instalacija opreme (bankomati, POS uređaji) i prateće opreme u skladu s važećim procedurama i standardima
  • Rješavanje tehničkih problema u radu bankomata, POS uređaja i prateće opreme
  • Interventno i preventivno održavanje bankomata, POS uređaja i prateće opreme
  • Samostalno planiranje i upravljanje svim aspektima funkcionalnosti bankomatske i POS mreže, uključujući analizu performansi i prijedloge za optimizaciju
  • Ključna uloga u komunikaciji s korisnicima kroz napredno savjetovanje, identifikacija potreba i provedba složenih rješenja
  • Vođenje evidencije realiziranih aktivnosti kroz radne aplikacije
  • Popravak modula i dijelova u servisnom centru te upravljanje rezervnim dijelovima
  • Priprema predinstalacijske dokumentacije s detaljnim popisom zadataka i planom rada za sve proizvode
  • Skladištenje, otprema i prijem rezervnih dijelova
  • Korištenje vlastitih vještina i znanja te dostupnih resursa za podršku u rješavanju problema (intranet stranice partnera, baze znanja unutar grupe, kontakti s kolegama iz inozemstva)

Requirements

  • SSS/VSS elektrotehničkog ili računalnog smjera
  • Minimalno 3 godine relevantnog iskustva u održavanju i servisiranju elektrotehničkih-elektroničkih uređaja na terenu
  • Izvrsne analitičke vještine i sposobnost samostalnog rješavanja problema
  • Komunikacijske vještine i sposobnost rada u multikulturnom okruženju
  • Sposobnost mentoriranja manje iskusnih kolega i prijenosa znanja
  • Visoka razina profesionalizma, znanja i razumijevanja korisničke usluge
  • Fleksibilnost u radu s različitim vremenskim rasporedima
  • Dobre komunikacijske i timske vještine te poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Poznavanje bankomatskih (ATM) i POS proizvoda te iskustvo rada u bankarskom sektoru smatra se prednošću
  • Osnovno poznavanje IT-a
  • Aktivna vozačka dozvola B kategorije
