A szerep jelentősége

Ez a pozíció túlmutat a klasszikus tanácsadói működésen: a szerep elsődleges fókusza az új üzletek megszerzése, piacépítés és bevételgenerálás, miközben teljes körű (End-to-End) felelősséget vállalsz a megbízások életciklusáért.

Olyan szakembert keresünk, aki üzleti partnerként gondolkodik, és képes hosszú távú, értékteremtő ügyfélkapcsolatokon keresztül növekedést generálni.

  • Teljes körű (360°) recruitment projektek menedzselése az ügyféligény felvételétől a sikeres elhelyezésig
  • Aktív üzletszerzés és piacépítés - új ügyfelek azonosítása, megszerzése és stratégiai fejlesztése
  • Magas szintű stakeholder menedzsment C-level szinten
  • Ügyféloldali igények mély megértése és üzleti megoldássá formálása
  • Saját ügyfélportfólió felépítése és profitábilis működtetése
  • Piaci trendek és versenykörnyezet folyamatos monitorozása
  • A szolgáltatás minőségének és tanácsadói standardoknak a következetes képviselete

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 év releváns tanácsadói tapasztalat, előny senior vagy executive search környezetből
  • Dolgoztál már 360° consultant modellben, vagy aktívan részt vettél üzletfejlesztésben
  • Van tapasztalatod szellemi, specialista és vezetői pozíciók kezelésében
  • Kiemelkedő üzletfejlesztési eredményekkel alátámasztott múlt
  • Bizonyított képesség új üzletek megszerzésére és ügyfélkapcsolatok építésére
  • Magas szintű stratégiai gondolkodásmód
  • Erős tárgyalási és prezentációs készségek
  • Önálló, eredményorientált, proaktív működés
  • Professzionális, hiteles megjelenés felsővezetői környezetben
  • Folyékony magyar és tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban), magabiztos üzleti kommunikációs készség nemzetközi környezetben
