Our client is a creator data company that helps brands and growing businesses find, understand, and work with creators. Their platform supports more than 600 companies, including Amazon, L'Oréal, HP, AliExpress, Airbnb, and Perplexity.

They provide creator data, APIs, and tools for creator discovery, data enrichment, analytics, and AI workflows. The company has a startup environment where people are expected to work independently, test ideas, and take ownership of their results.

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Manager to take full ownership of the company's SEO and AI search strategy.

This is a 100% internal role reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing. The company already receives more than 150,000 organic visits per month, so the focus will be on growing that traffic, improving its quality, and increasing conversions.

You will manage traditional SEO as well as newer AI search strategies to help the company appear in platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the company's SEO strategy from start to finish.
  • Improve technical SEO, content, site structure, indexing, and overall search visibility.
  • Grow organic traffic and increase qualified signups and conversions.
  • Improve the company's visibility across AI search platforms.
  • Test and develop AEO/GEO strategies for AI search.
  • Manage and expand programmatic SEO pages across different topics and markets.
  • Use the company's creator data to create useful content, studies, and SEO opportunities.
  • Launch free tools and other resources that can attract traffic and backlinks.
  • Track SEO performance, rankings, AI visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Work closely with engineering and growth teams to implement SEO improvements.
  • Support digital PR and link-building initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with changes in SEO and AI search and test new ideas.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
  • Strong experience with technical and programmatic SEO.
  • Experience growing organic traffic and improving conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI Search, AEO, or GEO.
  • Good understanding of site structure, indexing, structured data, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience using tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4/Amplitude, and WordPress.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions without constant direction.
  • Curious and willing to test, learn, and experiment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • B2B SaaS, data/API, or technology experience.
