Farai parte dell'area SEO e sarai responsabile di un portafoglio di clienti strategici.

Ruolo

Come SEO Specialist ti occuperai di:

  • Ottimizzazione strategica dei siti web: gestirai le attività SEO per importanti progetti italiani e internazionali, lavorando su analisi tecniche e analisi dati, strategie on-site e off-site per massimizzare visibilità e traffico organico.
  • Individuazione proattiva di opportunità: analizzerai costantemente i dati per identificare problemi tecnici o nuovi spazi di crescita, elaborando soluzioni concrete per migliorare le performance dei progetti.
  • Realizzazione pratica degli interventi: sarai responsabile dell'implementazione pratica delle soluzioni progettate, collaborando se necessario con i team di sviluppo.
  • Evoluzione della ricerca con l'AI: integrerai l'uso di strumenti di AI generativa (come ChatGPT, Gemini o Google AI Studio) per rendere più efficienti i tuoi flussi di lavoro e anticipare i cambiamenti nelle abitudini di ricerca degli utenti.
  • Monitoraggio dei nuovi paradigmi di ricerca: seguirai attivamente l'evoluzione della Search (es. AI Overviews, AI Mode) per adattare le strategie SEO a un panorama che va oltre la ricerca tradizionale.
  • Storytelling del dato: tradurrai analisi complesse in report chiari e insight azionabili, comunicando efficacemente il valore del lavoro svolto agli stakeholder sui progetti.

Requirements

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

Cerchiamo una persona con una solida base tecnica e una forte curiosità.

Must have

  • Hai 2+ anni di esperienza in ambito SEO (agenzia o azienda).
  • Padroneggi la SEO tecnica, on-page, off-site e la content strategy.
  • Usi con disinvoltura i principali tool del settore (Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Sai analizzare dati (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) e trasformarli in insight per i clienti.
  • Hai esperienza pratica con strumenti di AI generativa (es. ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Pro, Google AI Studio) per efficientare i flussi di lavoro e progettare soluzioni SEO innovative.
  • Parli e scrivi in inglese in modo fluente.

Nice to have

  • Hai gestito progetti SEO internazionali
  • Conoscenza di una terza lingua

Cosa Offriamo

Contratto di assunzione CCNL Commercio, range retributivo 27.000-35.000 euro lordi annui.
