🗨️ About the Position

  • Commercial Operations Specialist는 Lunit INSIGHT의 주문, 매출 및 재고와 관련된 커머셜 운영 업무를 담당하며, 영업 활동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 합니다. 국내외 주문 관리부터 인보이스 발행, 매출 예측, 월별 마감 및 재고 관리까지 다양한 업무를 경험하며, Sales, Finance, QM, Compliance 등 여러 유관 부서와 긴밀하게 협업하게 됩니다. 또한 Salesforce(CRM), SAP 등 사내 시스템을 활용해 데이터를 관리하고, 업무 과정에서 발견한 비효율을 개선하며 운영 프로세스를 함께 고도화합니다.
  • 빠르게 성장하는 글로벌 의료 AI 산업에서 커머셜 운영 전반의 실무 경험을 쌓으며 전문성을 확장할 수 있습니다. 의료 AI 비즈니스의 성장 과정을 함께하고, Commercial Operations 전문가로 성장해 나갈 분을 모십니다.

🚩 주요 업무

  • 수주 및 매출 관리 (ITO & OTC Management)
  • 국내외 주문의 계약부터 인보이스 발행까지의 업무 수행
  • SFDC(세일즈포스) 파이프라인 데이터 관리 및 영업팀과의 협업을 통한 예상 매출 파악
  • 파악된 데이터를 기반으로 Sales Forecast 산출 및 사업 계획 지원
  • 월별 마감 업무 수행 (대금 청구, 마스터 데이터 관리, QM 관련 문서 업데이트 등)
  • 프로세스 개선 및 최적화 (Process Improvement & Optimization)
  • ITO/OTC 업무 프로세스 개선, CRM 시스템 최적화 등 과제 발굴 및 실행 지원
  • 유관 부서(Finance, QM, Compliance, Sales 등)와 협업을 통한 운영 프로세스 고도화
  • 영업 담당자 대상 업무 코칭 및 가이드라인 제공
  • 재고 관리 (Inventory Management)
  • SAP 시스템 기반 재고 데이터 관리
  • 월별 재고 실사 진행 및 SAP 반영

Requirements

🎯 자격요건

  • O2C 전 과정 또는 주문·매출·정산·월 마감 등 관련 운영 경력이 1년 이상이신 분
  • MS Office(특히 Excel)를 활용한 데이터 분석 및 리포팅 능력을 갖추신 분
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
  • 의료 산업의 이해와 진단 의료 및 인공 지능에 대한 높은 관심을 가지신 분
  • 계약 검토 및 영업 예측(Sales Forecasting)을 포함한 커머셜 주문 전반을 운영해 본 경험이 있으신 분
  • ERP 등 전사 시스템 기반의 마스터 데이터 및 재고 관리 프로세스에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
  • 꼼꼼한 업무 처리로 높은 수준의 데이터 정확도를 유지할 수 있는 분
  • 유관 부서(Finance, QM 등)와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업이 가능하신 분
  • 주도적인 문제 해결 능력을 바탕으로 프로세스 최적화 및 개선 경험이 있으신 분
