  • DevOps Engineer는 Kubernetes 기반 인프라와 배포 환경을 안정적으로 운영하고, 서비스가 더 빠르고 안전하게 전달될 수 있도록 운영 방식과 자동화를 지속적으로 개선하는 역할을 맡습니다. 장애 대응과 운영 이슈를 해결하는 데서 그치지 않고, 재발을 줄이는 개선과 표준화를 함께 추진합니다. 단기적인 대응과 장기적인 개선 사이에서 우선순위를 균형 있게 판단하며, 실제 서비스에 도움이 되는 변화를 만들어 가는 과정에 함께하실 분을 찾고 있습니다.

🎯 자격요건

  • 관련 경력 3년 이상 또는 그에 준하는 역량이 있으신 분
  • Kubernetes 기반 프로덕션 환경 운영 경험 및 트러블슈팅 경험이 있으신 분
  • IaC(Infrastructure as Code) 기반 자동화 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • Helm 또는 Kustomize 기반 배포 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • 서비스 안정성과 운영 책임감을 중요하게 생각하시는 분
  • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 역량이 있으신 분
  • 장애 대응 및 포스트-모텀(Post-mortem) 문화 경험이 있으신 분
