  • Human Resources 팀은 People 부서에 속해 있으며, 서울 오피스(HQ)를 비롯한 글로벌 오피스의 구성원들을 위한 HR 제도와 시스템을 기획하고 운영합니다. 빠르게 변화하는 사업과 조직의 상황을 고려해 필요한 제도와 운영 방식을 지속적으로 고민하며, 루닛의 환경에 적합한 형태로 설계하고 개선하는 것을 중요하게 생각합니다.
  • 이 과정에서 정성적·정량적 데이터를 바탕으로 문제를 구체적으로 정의하고, 기획에 그치지 않고 실제 운영과 실행까지 세밀하게 연결합니다. 또한 각자의 강점과 전문성을 바탕으로 서로의 관점을 보완하며, 복잡한 과제일수록 함께 해결책을 만들어가는 방식으로 일하고 있습니다.

🗨️ About the Position

  • 본 포지션은 루닛 서울오피스의 급여를 지급하고 관련 업무를 담당하는 역할입니다. 매월 급여 지급 프로세스를 운영하며, 급여 계산 및 지급 업무를 수행합니다. 이와 함께 4대보험 신고, 원천세 신고 등 급여 관련 세무 업무를 처리하고, 정부 지원금 및 세액 감면 제도를 관리합니다.
  • 주니어 포지션인 만큼, 입사 초기에는 팀 내 선임과 함께 업무를 진행하며 급여 실무 전반을 단계적으로 익혀나가게 되고, 점차 스스로 완결성 있는 보상 운영을 이끌어갈 수 있는 기회가 열려 있습니다. 특히 루닛은 상장사로서 스톡옵션 관리, 공시 대응 등 보다 폭넓은 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있어 급여 담당자로서 한 단계 더 성장할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다.

🚩 주요업무

  • 급여 지급 및 운영 (급여, 인센티브, 4대보험, 관련 세무 신고 및 원천세 업무 등)
  • 퇴직금 정산 및 퇴직연금 관리
  • 정부 지원금 및 세액 감면 제도 관리
  • 연말정산 진행 및 관리
  • 결산 및 부서 간 협업 (재무팀/회계팀과의 결산 및 공시 관련 업무 협조)

Requirements

🎯 자격요건

  • 1년 이상 3년 미만의 인하우스 Payroll 업무 경험이 있으신 분 (급여, 인센티브, 4대보험, 퇴직금 등)
  • 근로기준법에 대한 기본적인 이해가 있으신 분

🏅 우대사항

  • 근태, 발령 등 인사 운영 업무를 1년 이상 경험하신 분
  • 급여 관련 주요 사항을 설명할 수 있는 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
  • 복잡하거나 다소 어렵게 느껴질 수 있는 HR Agenda를 누구나 이해하기 쉽게 정리하고 전달하는 데 관심이 있으신 분
  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경과 새로운 도전을 긍정적으로 받아들이고, 이를 성장의 기회로 삼으시는 분
