💭 About the position

  • Senior Full Stack Engineer는 의료 데이터를 다루는 사내 플랫폼과 병원·정부·파트너에게 제공되는 외부 서비스 플랫폼을 프론트엔드부터 백엔드까지 end-to-end로 직접 설계하고 개발합니다.
  • 최근 팀에서는 아래와 같은 프로젝트를 진행하고 있습니다. 이를 통해 대규모 의료 데이터 시스템을 설계·구축하는 경험, ​글로벌 의료 데이터 SaaS 플랫폼 개발 경험, 그리고 Research–Data–Engineering이 긴밀하게 협업하는 환경에서의 제품 개발 경험​을 쌓을 수 있습니다. 의료나 AI 도메인이 낯설더라도 적극적으로 배우며 함께 성장할 수 있는 분을 기다립니다.
  • FMS: 병원별 맞춤 진단 모델을 만들고 서비스하는 AI 플랫폼
  • 의료 데이터 스페이스: 다기관 의료 데이터를 안전하게 공유·활용하는 연구 데이터 플랫폼
  • 대규모 의료 데이터의 수집·정합성 검증 파이프라인 고도화
  • 의료 영상 어노테이션 도구의 검수 워크플로우 개편
  • 데이터 접근 권한(RBAC)과 데이터 계보(lineage) 추적 체계 구현

🚩 주요 업무

  • TB~PB 규모 의료 데이터의 수집·저장·가공을 위한 데이터 파이프라인 및 데이터 관리 시스템 설계·구축·운영
  • 의료 전문가와 AI 연구자가 사용하는 어노테이션 도구 개발 및 대규모 라벨링 작업을 위한 워크플로우와 품질 관리 체계 개선
  • FMS(Foundation Model Services), 의료 데이터 스페이스 등 북미 시장 및 국내 정부 사업에 공급되는 외부 서비스 플랫폼 설계·구축·운영
  • React 기반 도구형 Web UI 및 API·백엔드 서비스 개발, 화면 설계부터 데이터 모델까지 End-to-End 구현
  • PM과의 협업을 통한 요구사항 구체화 및 설계 → 구현 → 배포 → 운영까지 프로젝트 전 과정 주도
  • Claude Code, Codex, Cursor 등 AI 개발 도구를 활용한 설계·구현·테스트 효율화 및 개발 품질 향상

🎯 자격요건

  • 7년 이상의 백엔드 중심 서버 개발 실무 경험이 있으신 분 (Go, Python, Java, Node.js 등)
  • 프로덕션 서비스의 API를 설계·구현·운영한 경험이 있으신 분 (REST 또는 gRPC)
  • React 등 모던 프론트엔드 프레임워크를 활용해 사용자 화면을 직접 구현한 경험이 있으신 분
  • RDBMS 기반 데이터 모델링 및 쿼리 최적화 경험이 있으신 분
  • 복잡한 도메인 데이터 모델을 다뤄본 경험이 있으신 분 (금융, 물류, 커머스, 제조 등 도메인 무관)
  • 데이터 플랫폼 또는 AI 플랫폼을 개발한 경험이 있으신 분
  • SaaS 및 멀티테넌시 제품을 설계·개발한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 외부 고객사·파트너에게 제공되는 서비스를 운영한 경험이 있으신 분 (배포, 장애 대응, SLA)
  • 기능 단위가 아닌 프로젝트 단위로 설계부터 배포·운영까지 책임지고 완결한 경험이 있으신 분
  • PM, 디자이너, AI 연구자, 데이터 엔지니어, 의료 전문가 등 다양한 직군과 협업하며 요구사항을 구체화한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 영어 기술 문서를 독해하고 작성할 수 있으신 분
  • RFC 등 기술 문서를 통해 설계 의도를 설명하고 기술적 합의를 이끌어낸 경험이 있으신 분
