  • 루닛의 Quality Management Specialist는 AI 기반 소프트웨어 의료기기(SaMD) 및 체외진단 소프트웨어 의료기기를 세상 그 누구보다 먼저, 그리고 깊게 경험하고 그에 맞는 품질 경영 시스템 운영에 대한 고민을 해볼 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 기존 의료기기 품질 경험을 바탕으로 SaMD 특성에 맞게 의료기기 품질 시스템을 고도화하는 경험을 직접 주도할 수 있습니다.
  • 한국, 미국, 유럽, 영국 등 다국가 규제 요구 사항을 동시에 다루며 글로벌 수준의 RA/QA 역량을 쌓을 수 있습니다. 개인의 성장이 회사의 성장과 연결되는 보람을 느낄 수 있습니다.

🚩 주요업무

  • 의료기기 및 체외진단 의료기기 소프트웨어 품질 경영시스템 유지
  • QMS 문서(절차서, 기록물 등) 작성 및 기록 관리
  • 국내외 요구사항 모니터링, 갭 분석 및 QMS 반영 (EU AI Act 등)
  • 시판 후 감시(PMS) 데이터 수집, 분석 및 개선 활동
  • CAPA, 변경 관리, 공급자 관리 등 QMS 프로세스 운영 및 개선
  • 내부감사 계획 및 수행
  • 외부 심사 및 실사 대응과 사후 관리(부적합 시정 조치 등)
  • 인증/규제 심사: DGMP, ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDR, UKCA, IVDR
  • FDA Inspection, 파트너 감사 등

Requirements

🎯 자격요건

  • 의료기기 제조업체 품질 관리 경력이 7년 이상 이신 분
  • QMS 관련 문서를 논리적이고 체계적으로 작성·관리해 보신 분
  • 외부 품질 심사 대응 경험(인증기관, 규제기관, 파트너 감사 등)이 있으신 분
  • 내부 감사 수행 경험이 있으신 분
  • ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304 등 관련 규격에 대한 높은 이해도가 있으신 분
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션(서면 및 구두)이 가능하신 분
  • 반복적인 업무에서도 일관성과 정확성을 유지하시는 분
  • 세부 사항을 꼼꼼히 확인하고 업무를 끝까지 책임감 있게 완수하시는 분
  • 의료 산업의 이해와 진단 의료 및 인공 지능에 대한 높은 관심을 가지신 분
