🗨️ About the Position

  • Technical Service Engineer는 루닛의 AI 솔루션이 의료 현장에서 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 고객 및 파트너를 기술적으로 지원하는 역할을 담당합니다. 한국 고객 및 파트너를 대상으로 루닛 제품의 설치, 운영 지원 및 기술적인 문제 해결을 수행하며, 고객이 루닛의 솔루션을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 또한 제품과 기술에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객과 원활하게 소통하며 솔루션의 성공적인 도입과 운영을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다.
  • 한국 시장에서 증가하는 수요에 대응하기 위해, 루닛은 기술적 전문성과 커뮤니케이션 역량을 바탕으로 고객을 지원하고 제품을 효과적으로 소개할 수 있는 열정적인 인재를 찾고 있습니다.

🚩주요업무

  • 고객 및 파트너의 환경(PACS, 워크스테이션, 유방촬영 판독 시스템 등)에 Lunit INSIGHT 솔루션 설치 및 연동 지원
  • 고객 IT 부서와 협업하여 시스템 설치 및 트러블슈팅 수행
  • 다양한 환경에서 Lunit INSIGHT 기술 통합에 대한 기술 자문 제공
  • 내부 구성원, 파트너, 고객을 대상으로 기술 교육 및 관련 문서 제공
  • 제품 개선을 위한 고객 피드백 수집 및 본사 전달
  • 입찰 및 Pre/Post Sales 프로젝트 논의 지원 (기술 및 보안 항목 포함)
  • 고객 및 파트너의 Implementation 전반에 대한 주요 연락 창구 역할 수행
  • 표준화되고 원활한 고객 경험 제공을 위한 기술 지원 및 문제 해결

Requirements

🎯 자격요건

  • 관련 분야에서 3년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
  • 의료 IT 환경(PACS, 병원 IT 인프라 등)에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분
  • 의료 영상 분야(X-ray 및/또는 Mammography) 및 DICOM, HL7 등 의료 통신 표준에 대한 높은 이해도가 있으신 분
  • 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 뛰어난 문서 작성 능력을 보유하신 분

🏅 우대사항

  • 의료 산업 또는 의료 AI 분야 경험이 있으신 분
  • Linux CLI에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분

  • 근무형태 : 정규직 (수습 기간 3개월)
