Une première expérience est un plus, mais nous privilégions avant tout le savoir-être et la motivation.

Principales missions:

  • Accueillir et accompagner les clients afin d’offrir une expérience premium
  • Prendre les commandes, servir et assurer le suivi des clients
  • Présenter les espaces et l’offre F&B, avec des recommandations adaptées
  • Gérer les demandes, réservations et ventes additionnelles
  • Veiller à la propreté, au réapprovisionnement et à la bonne tenue des espaces
  • Assurer les encaissements de manière fiable et efficace
  • Collaborer avec les équipes (cuisine, bar) avec polyvalence
  • Appliquer les normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et les procédures internes
  • Apporter un support technique de premier niveau
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité selon les besoins de l’activité

Requirements

Profil recherché:

  • Ponctuel(le) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service
  • À l’aise dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation et d’apprentissage
  • Animé(e) par la volonté d’offrir une expérience client premium
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en soirée, le week-end et les jours fériés
  • L’anglais est un plus
