Au Restaurant Bonaparte, le service en salle joue un rôle essentiel dans l'expérience client : l'accueil, l'attention portée aux détails et la qualité du service font toute la différence.

Ce que tu vas faire

  • Participer à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de l'établissement et préparer ta section avant chaque service
  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients, connaître le menu et expliquer les plats et leurs ingrédients
  • Prendre les commandes des mets et des boissons et assurer le suivi de la table pendant le service
  • Connaître la carte des vins, les nouveautés de la semaine, les boissons du bar et les cocktails de base et signature
  • Faire le service du vin et des boissons alcoolisées et préparer des cocktails lorsque le barman n'est pas disponible
  • Collaborer avec la cuisine pour la réclamation des plats et ajuster les couverts tout au long du service
  • Bien maîtriser le système de vente, appliquer le processus de paiement et remonter les tables
  • Répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et veiller à sa satisfaction générale

Requirements

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans comme serveur dans un établissement similaire
  • Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la résolution de conflits
  • Excellente communication et écoute active
  • Autonomie, dynamisme, entregent et esprit d'équipe
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais; autres langues un atout
  • Bonne forme et endurance physique
  • Bonne capacité de rétention de l'information
  • Connaissance de la cuisine française, des vins et des alcools
  • Connaissance des principes de base en santé et sécurité, hygiène et salubrité
