Por encargo de nuestro cliente, líder del sector bancario, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: SERVICE DESIGNER + RESEARCH

Objetivo del Puesto:

Buscamos un Service Designer con research como práctica transversal, responsable de diseñar experiencias de servicio end-to-end que integren canales físicos y digitales, ejecutando directamente la investigación necesaria para descubrir necesidades, validar hipótesis y generar insights accionables. La persona en este rol traducirá evidencia cualitativa y cuantitativa en artefactos de servicio (blueprints, journey maps, mapas de ecosistema) que permitan alinear a negocio, operaciones y tecnología en la mejora continua de la experiencia de clientes y colaboradores.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y ejecutar investigaciones de descubrimiento y validación (entrevistas, observación contextual, encuestas, usability testing) para identificar necesidades y oportunidades.
  • Diseñar y facilitar workshops de co-creación con stakeholders multidisciplinarios para mapear procesos y definir soluciones de servicio.
  • Elaborar Service Blueprints y Customer Journey Maps que reflejen la experiencia end-to-end, incluyendo procesos backstage.
  • Integrar evidencia cualitativa y cuantitativa (analytics, encuestas, entrevistas) para priorizar iniciativas de alto impacto.
  • Diseñar soluciones de servicio omnicanal, considerando puntos de contacto físicos y digitales.
  • Presentar hallazgos e iniciativas a stakeholders y equipos de negocio, traduciendo insights en decisiones accionables.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, tecnología y operaciones para asegurar la implementación de las soluciones diseñadas.

Requirements

  • Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando Service Blueprints y Customer Journey Maps (as-is/to-be).
  • Experiencia ejecutando investigación cualitativa (entrevistas, observación contextual, shadowing).
  • Experiencia ejecutando investigación cuantitativa (encuestas, analytics, A/B testing).
  • Experiencia facilitando workshops de co-creación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia diseñando soluciones de servicio que integren canales físicos y digitales (omnicanalidad).
  • Manejo de herramientas de research y síntesis (Miro/FigJam, Dovetail, Hotjar/Google Analytics o similares).
  • Experiencia gestionando indicadores de experiencia (NPS, CSAT, VOC o similares).
  • Experiencia colaborando directamente con stakeholders de negocio, operaciones y tecnología en la priorización de iniciativas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar HÍBRIDO (3 veces a la semana en oficina) de Lunes a Viernes en Surquillo, Lima, Perú.
