📍 Location: Vision Ford Lincoln – Wahpeton, ND 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Compensation: Base + Commission

✅ What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead, train, and support a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians 🔹 Manage daily service operations to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction 🔹 Maintain CSI standards and ensure timely, quality repairs 🔹 Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Warranty departments to maximize internal efficiency 🔹 Forecast staffing needs and service volume to support store growth 🔹 Champion a winning service culture focused on excellence, speed, and transparency

Requirements

📌 What You’ll Need:

  • 🧍‍♂️3+ years experience in fixed ops or service management (automotive preferred)
  • 💬 Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • 🚦 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
  • 🔍 Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
  • 💻 Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
  • 🎓 Working knowledge of RO metrics, profitability, and technician productivity
  • 🚘 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • 🔧 Ability to manage workflow, customer concerns, and vendor relationships
  • 🔧 A results-driven mindset with a passion for people and process improvement
