Jouw dag als Service Project Manager?

Je start je dag met een kop koffie en een quick check van de planning. Welke service jobs staan er deze week op de agenda? Zijn er nog knelpunten bij klanten of in de supply chain? Jij hebt het overzicht en schakelt direct waar nodig.

Daarna stem je af met collega’s en partners. Je belt met een service partner om de inzet van engineers te bevestigen en checkt met het team of alle tools, onderdelen en documentatie klaar staan voor een aankomende klus. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen onze field service engineers zonder verrassingen aan de slag.

Gedurende de dag ben je continu in contact met klanten. Je beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt dat servicebezoeken en projecten soepel verlopen. Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Geen probleem, jij schakelt snel, neemt beslissingen en zorgt dat de impact beperkt blijft.

Tussendoor werk je aan meerdere serviceprojecten tegelijk. Je bewaakt planning, scope en budget en houdt grip op de voortgang. Je ziet risico’s op tijd aankomen en acteert proactief. Ondertussen zorg jij ook dat alle betrokkenen (van software engineers tot sales collega's) altijd goed geïnformeerd zijn.

In gesprekken met engineers haal je waardevolle inzichten op uit het veld. Zie je kansen om onze machines of serviceprocessen te verbeteren? Dan geef je die direct terug aan het engineeringteam. Zo draag je actief bij aan continue verbetering.

Aan het einde van de dag zorg je voor een goede overdracht richting klanten. Alles duidelijk, alles geregeld, precies zoals zij het van LAN mogen verwachten!

Requirements

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Afgeronde HBO studie in technische richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een service functie in de machinebouw
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en zet de klant altijd op één
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap en durft beslissingen te maken
  • Je houdt overzicht en organiseert moeiteloos
  • Je communiceert sterk en schakelt makkelijk
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer
  • Je gaat voor kwaliteit en blijft verbeteren
