Responsibilities

  • Mantener la recepción ordenada y presentable con todo el material necesario (bolígrafos, formularios, papel, etc.)
  • Saludar y dar la bienvenida a los visitantes
  • Responder preguntas y atender quejas
  • Responder todas las llamadas entrantes y derivarlas o dejar mensajes
  • Recibir cartas, paquetes, etc. y distribuirlos
  • Preparar el correo postal saliente redactando correspondencia, precintando paquetes, etc.
  • Leer, clasificar y reenviar mensajes por email
  • Controlar los suministros de oficina y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario
  • Mantener actualizados los registros y archivos
  • Controlar los gastos y costes de oficina
  • Asumir otras funciones que se le asignen (preparativos de viajes, programaciones, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experiencia demostrable como representante de recepción o en un puesto pertinente
  • Conocimientos sobre procedimientos de gestión de oficina y contabilidad básica
  • Dominio del inglés (oral y escrito)
  • Excelentes conocimientos de MS Office (especialmente Word y Excel)
  • Grandes capacidades sociales y comunicativas
  • Notables habilidades organizativas y para la realización de varias tareas a la vez
  • Capacidades para solucionar problemas
  • Orientación a la atención al cliente
