Ali Professional, divisione di Ali S.p.A. specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Professional e Middle Management, per conto di una prestigiosa realtà metalmeccanica d'eccellenza con sede a Brescia Nord (BS), leader internazionale nella progettazione e costruzione di macchine utensili ad altissima tecnologia, ricerca per il proprio reparto di Assistenza Tecnica una figura di:

TECNICO SERVICE TRASFERTISTA

La risorsa inserita all'interno del team Service, previa adeguata formazione interna sulla tecnologia specifica dei macchinari dell’azienda, si occuperà degli interventi tecnici di installazione, collaudo, manutenzione e assistenza post-vendita direttamente presso i siti produttivi delle aziende clienti, dislocate in Italia e all'estero.

Le mansioni principali comprenderanno:

• Installazione: Montaggio, installazione e messa in servizio di macchinari cnc complessi e isole robotizzate presso le sedi dei clienti.

• Collaudo: Esecuzione dei collaudi funzionali sul posto, taratura fine degli assi e calibrazione dei parametri meccanici ed elettronici.

• Diagnostica e Ricerca Guasti: Interventi di assistenza tecnica su chiamata per la risoluzione di guasti improvvisi o anomalie di funzionamento di natura meccanica, elettrica, elettronica, pneumatica o idraulica.

• Manutenzione Straordinaria: Attività di manutenzione preventiva/correttiva e supporto tecnico per l'aggiornamento tecnologico degli impianti esistenti.

• Formazione Clienti: Training operativo di primo livello al personale del cliente per l'uso e la manutenzione ordinaria del macchinario installato.

Requirements

• Diploma ad indirizzo Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettrico o Elettronico (o cultura equivalente).

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di trasfertista, manutentore o montatore, preferibilmente maturata nel settore delle macchine utensili, linee transfer, automazione industriale o macchinari industriali complessi.

• Buone competenze nella lettura del disegno meccanico e degli schemi elettrici, pneumatici o idraulici.

• Gradita la conoscenza base/intermedia dei principali controlli numerici (es. Siemens, Fanuc) o PLC d'automazione.

• Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed internazionale

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per la gestione in autonomia dei rapporti con i clienti esteri durante le trasferte.

• Spiccate capacità di problem solving, flessibilità e forte orientamento al cliente.

• Retribuzione: RAL compresa nel range € 30.000 - € 45.000, commisurata all'effettiva seniority e all'autonomia del candidato, a cui si aggiungerà una corposa indennità giornaliera di trasferta.

• Formazione Continua: Percorso approfondito di onboarding e affiancamento tecnico in ditta prima di operare sul campo in autonomia.
