Ready to Turn Your Passion for Gaming Into Your Next Big Adventure? 🕹️✨

What if your typical workday didn’t start with a dull commute and predictable routine, but with step-by-step quest solving, helping millions of passionate gamers worldwide, and living in one of Europe’s most vibrant, budget-friendly tech capitals?

Whether you’re wrapping up school, taking a gap year, or simply ready to trade high living costs back home for mountain hikes, cheap draft beer, and an incredible international crowd, your next chapter doesn’t have to stay on your bucket list. Sofia, Bulgaria is calling!

We are looking for energetic, gaming-savvy German speakers to pack their bags, join the team behind iconic global multiplayer battle arena (MOBA) games, and gain solid international experience while enjoying an unbeatable expat lifestyle.

Why You’ll Fall in Love with Sofia & The Office Setup 🏔️🎉

  • The Coolest HQ in Town: You’ll be based in the iconic Office right in central Sofia. Think modern chill-out spaces, console gaming corners, dynamic break rooms, and a private gym with a 360° panoramic city view to blow off steam after your shift!
  • An Instant Expat Squad: Step straight into a thriving German-speaking community of young expats who made the exact same move—instant friends for weekend trips, game nights, and festivals.
  • Budget-Friendly European Life: Sofia offers an incredible lifestyle—vibrant nightlife, affordable dining, and stunning mountain views right at your doorstep with high local purchasing power.
  • Level Up Your CV: Gain real-world international experience in tech and gaming that looks incredible on any future resume.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day 🎧⚔️

You’ll be the hero behind the screen, resolving issues and keeping the player experience smooth, competitive, and fun across German-speaking communities.

  • Player Support Questing: Solve player queries across live chat, email, and ticketing systems in German. You’ll handle everything from tricky account recoveries and billing glitches to gameplay feedback and technical bugs.
  • Community Vibe Patrol: Keep the gaming atmosphere positive! Help moderate community boards, identify hot trends or emerging bugs, and flag critical issues directly to the development teams.
  • Empathic Problem-Solving: Use modern CRM dashboards, diagnostic tools, and internal databases to deliver fast, player-first answers.
  • Knowledge Creation: Share ideas, update internal player guides, and directly shape how support is delivered to millions of users.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table 🏆

  • Language Power: Native or C1-level German + good conversational English (B2) for system navigation, global training, and team chat.
  • True Gamer DNA: You actually play games! You understand player culture, patch notes, and what a player feels like when their account gets locked out mid-ranked match.
  • Tech Comfort: Good basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, internet troubleshooting tools) and quick learning agility on CRM software.
  • Flexible Mindset: Open to working rotating 24/7 shifts (gaming never sleeps, and neither do the servers!).
  • No Support Experience? No Problem! We don't care if your background is retail, gastronomy, or your local coffee shop. You’ll get 100% fully paid onboarding training from certified instructors.

Benefits

Compensation, Relocation & Perks 💰🎁

Everything you get for making the move:

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: €1,585 per month—giving you huge local purchasing power in Sofia for dining out, renting a great apartment, and traveling!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
