Mūsų klientas - patyrusių specialistų komanda, daugelį metų dirbanti automobilių stovėjimo aikštelių valdymo sprendimų srityje. Pagrindinė įmonės veikla – šiuolaikinių parkavimo ir transporto srautų kontrolės sistemų diegimas, administravimas bei techninis aptarnavimas.

Komandą sudaro 22 darbuotojai, todėl vieni kitus puikiai pažįsta, yra palaikoma draugiška atmosfera ir vertinamas atviras bendravimas. Čia nėra perteklinės biurokratijos – sprendimus priima greitai ir efektyviai.

Įmonė ieško Sistemų priežiūros specialisto (-ės), kuris (-i) būtų atsakingas (-a) už klientų techninių problemų sprendimą, sistemų priežiūrą ir pagalbos teikimą. Pozicija atvira tiek patyrusiems specialistams, tiek kandidatams, kurie domisi IT ir nori šioje srityje augti – įmonė suteikia reikalingus mokymus.

Atsakomybės:

  • Proaktyviai stebėsite ir prižiūrėsite automobilių stovėjimo aikštelių sistemas, užtikrinant optimalų jų veikimą.
  • Greitai diagnozuosite ir šalinsite techninius gedimus, siekiant sumažinti prastovas.
  • Analizuosite stovėjimo aikštelių duomenis, nustatysite tendencijas, optimizuosite procesus ir užtikrinsite atitiktį reikalavimams.
  • Vesite mokymus klientams, kad jie galėtų efektyviai naudotis mūsų sistemomis.
  • Užtikrinsite aukštą paslaugų kokybę tiek garantinio, tiek negarantinio aptarnavimo metu.
  • Diegsite ir konfigūruosite mūsų CP-PARK programinę įrangą, užtikrinant sklandžią integraciją.

Reikalavimai:

  • Patirtis techninio sistemų palaikymo srityje ar panašioje veikloje – privalumas, tačiau svarbiausia – domėjimasis šia sritimi – apmokome.
  • Tvirti įgūdžiai dirbant su kompiuterinėmis sistemomis, įskaitant operacinių sistemų diegimą, MS Office paketą, SQL ir IIS.
  • Geras automatikos, elektronikos ir IT sistemų išmanymas.
  • Gebėjimas kritiškai mąstyti ir rasti kūrybiškus sprendimus.
  • Atidumas, pastabumas detalėms.
  • Puikios žodinės ir rašytinės lietuvių kalbos žinios.
  • Geros anglų kalbos žinios bendraujant raštu su klientais.
  • Orientacija į klientą.
  • Gebėjimas valdyti kelias užduotis vienu metu.
