Sistemista IT esperto/a

L'azienda cliente è una realtà storica, solida e in forte espansione, attiva nella sostenibilità ambientale e nella tecnologia applicata all'industria. Per l'ampliamento dell'organico del Dipartimento IT, ricerchiamo un/a Sistemista Esperto/a che si occuperà di garantire la continuità operativa, l'efficienza, la sicurezza e la manutenzione di tutta l'infrastruttura informatica aziendale (server, reti e database) a supporto delle attività di stabilimento e degli uffici. Oltre ad avere un ruolo operativo, farà da vice al responsabile attuale.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ ED ATTIVITÀ

  • Amministrazione Sistemi: Gestione operativa e manutenzione di ambienti Windows Server (versioni recenti) e amministrazione di base di ambienti Linux (gestione permessi, utenti, analisi log).
  • Identity & Services Management: Configurazione, gestione e manutenzione avanzata di Active Directory e gestione in piena autonomia dei servizi web server IIS.
  • Gestione Database: Attività di manutenzione ordinaria, gestione backup/restore e scrittura/esecuzione di query di base su SQL Server.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: Monitoraggio proattivo dell'infrastruttura di rete e server tramite Zabbix (implementazione, configurazione e gestione delle soglie di allarme su server, servizi e apparati).
  • Networking & Rete: Gestione e configurazione di reti LAN/WAN, configurazione apparati e suite di protocolli IPv4 per garantire la perfetta connettività di stabilimento.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnostica di 2°/3° livello, analisi dei guasti e problem solving tempestivo in situazioni di emergenza per evitare blocchi operativi.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Esperienza: Solida e comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di Sistemista / System Administrator maturata all'interno di contesti aziendali strutturati o società di consulenza IT.
  • Competenze Tecniche Key:
  • Ottima conoscenza di Windows Server ed Active Directory.
  • Autonomia nella gestione di IIS e SQL Server (backup, manutenzione, query base).
  • Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti di monitoraggio infrastrutturale (preferibilmente Zabbix).
  • Buona padronanza delle architetture di rete LAN/WAN e suite di protocolli IPv4.
  • Soft Skills: Spiccato orientamento al problem solving, capacità di gestione dello stress in situazioni d'emergenza, precisione e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.

  • Orario di Lavoro: Full-time in Giornata (dal lunedì al venerdì). Viene richiesto il sabato mattina circa 1 o 2 volte al mese.
  • Retribuzione e Benefit: Range di RAL 50.000€- 70.000€, mensa aziendale e premi
