Ali Professional è la divisione di Ali Spa specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili specialistici e sulle figure di Middle & Top Management.

Per un'azienda cliente, filiale italiana di un prestigioso brand di Fashion Luxury a livello globale, stiamo cercando una figura di Sistemista Junior da inserire esclusivamente in tirocinio curricolare (necessario accreditamento presso università, istituto professionale o ITS).

Cosa farai

All’interno del team IT, ti occuperai di supportare i colleghi della sede centrale e delle altre aziende dell'ecosistema a livello nazionale attraverso le seguenti attività:

· Fornire assistenza agli utenti su Windows (10/11) e Microsoft 365

· Creare e gestire utenze Microsoft/O365

· Configurare e gestire PC Windows e dispositivi iPhone/iOS aziendali

· Assistere gli utenti nell’utilizzo di Outlook, Teams, OneDrive e altre applicazioni Microsoft

· Utilizzare Excel per attività di reportistica e gestione dati

· Supportare la creazione di dashboard e report con Power BI

· Predisporre questionari su Microsoft Forms per la raccolta dati

· Effettuare attività di base di networking e infrastruttura IT

· Installare software e svolgere attività di troubleshooting hardware/software

· Gestire l’inventario dei dispositivi IT aziendali

· Svolgere attività pratiche e operative (cablaggio, collegamento dispositivi, ecc.)

Requirements

Il profilo ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:

· Diploma o laurea (in corso) in discipline informatiche o affini

· Buona conoscenza di Windows 10/11

· Conoscenza base di amministrazione Microsoft 365 / Office 365

· Capacità di configurare e gestire dispositivi iPhone/iOS

· Competenze base di reti informatiche, infrastruttura IT e gestione PC

· Buona conoscenza di Excel; le conoscenze base di Power BI e Microsoft Forms sono considerate un plus

· Conoscenza di base dell’inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese costituisce un plus

· Passione per l’utilizzo di strumenti digitali e informatici

· Capacità di problem solving, curiosità e attitudine all’apprendimento

· Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
