  • Inspections: Keep record of all regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and make sure all corrective actions are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in construction site roles (e.g. Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Site Supervisor).
  • Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects, ideally in tourist regions.
  • Proven track record in luxury villa or high-end residential construction
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools (Procore is a plus).

  • Proficiency in English is required for communication with our international-based management team and some site teams.

Benefits

  • This opportunity is based on-site in Dubai, UAE, in close collaboration with the team bringing the project to life.
  • All tools are covered — everything you need is provided and kept up to date.
  • You'll be part of a landmark luxury accommodation project, taken from construction through delivery — the kind of project that anchors a portfolio.
  • Utopia has a truly international team. Engineers, architects, and project managers from every corner of the world, united by the same standards and the same bar for quality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
