Come team Ali Professional siamo alla ricerca di un Site Manager dinamico e proattivo per gestire e coordinare le attività di manutenzione all'interno dei siti di produzione di uno dei clienti più importanti della nostra azienda cliente. Il candidato ideale possiede una solida esperienza nella gestione delle manutenzione, preferibilmente in contesti critici e/o di industria complessa, ed è in grado di supervisionare team, garantire la conformità normativa e assicurare la massima affidabilità degli impianti.

Requirements

  • Gestione e Coordinamento delle Attività: Pianificare, organizzare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva sugli impianti elettrici dei datacenter (UPS, quadri elettrici, generatori, sistemi di raffreddamento, illuminazione, ecc.).
  • Supervisione del Team: Guidare e coordinare il team di tecnici elettrici interni ed esterni, assegnando compiti, monitorando le performance e fornendo supporto tecnico.
  • Gestione della Sicurezza: Assicurare il rispetto delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i.) e delle procedure aziendali, promuovendo una cultura della sicurezza all'interno del team.
  • Diagnosi e Risoluzione Guasti: Intervenire in caso di guasti o malfunzionamenti, diagnosticando le cause e coordinando le azioni necessarie per il ripristino rapido ed efficiente degli impianti.
  • Gestione della Documentazione: Assicurare la corretta compilazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica relativa agli impianti elettrici, ai piani di manutenzione e agli interventi effettuati.
  • Interfaccia con il Cliente: Mantenere un contatto costante con i referenti del cliente in loco, fornendo aggiornamenti sulle attività, gestendo eventuali problematiche e garantendo la loro soddisfazione.
  • Gestione dei Fornitori: Collaborare con i fornitori di materiali e servizi elettrici, gestendo ordini, verificando la qualità del lavoro e rispettando i budget assegnati.
  • Monitoraggio delle Performance: Monitorare i parametri di funzionamento degli impianti elettrici, identificando eventuali aree di miglioramento e proponendo soluzioni per ottimizzare l'efficienza e l'affidabilità.
  • Pianificazione e Budget: Contribuire alla definizione dei piani di manutenzione annuali e dei relativi budget, monitorando l'andamento dei costi.

Requisiti:

• Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica/Meccanica o discipline affini.

• 5/7 anni di esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione di impianti elettrici, preferibilmente in contesti critici come datacenter, ospedali, industrie con elevata automazione.

• Ottima conoscenza degli impianti elettrici di media e bassa tensione, dei sistemi UPS, dei gruppi elettrogeni e dei sistemi di raffreddamento.

• Ottima conoscenza di impianti meccanici, UTA e Camere Bianche

• Conoscenza delle normative di settore (CEI, ecc.) e delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro.

• Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici.

• Esperienza nella gestione di team di lavoro e nella coordinazione di attività.

• Ottime capacità di problem solving e di gestione delle emergenze.

• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali per interfacciarsi con il team, i clienti e i fornitori.

• Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni o a effettuare interventi in reperibilità (se necessario).

• Patente di guida B
