The posting

Ali Professional ricerca Ingegnere Chimico neolaureato per importante realtà multinazionale leader nel settore del trattamento acque, impiantistica ambientale e sostenibilità industriale.

La figura entrerà a far parte del team Operations & Performance e seguirà la gestione operativa dei cantieri relativi alla realizzazione di impianti in ambito trattamento acque, acque di processo e trattamento reflui, operando su commesse pubbliche e private.

Principali responsabilità:

Assemblaggio elettromeccanico degli impianti

  • Supervisione delle attività di montaggio elettromeccanico degli impianti;
  • Verifica delle opere civili/esistenti e controllo della conformità rispetto ai progetti;
  • Preparazione e gestione delle procedure di montaggio;
  • Coordinamento operativo dei subappaltatori meccanici ed elettrici presenti in cantiere e verifica della corretta installazione
  • Gestione e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche in collaborazione con Project Engineer e Ufficio Tecnico;
  • Redazione SAL, report di avanzamento e aggiornamento documentazione tecnica di cantiere (as built, certificazioni, expediting)

Avviamento impianto (Commissioning / Start-up)

  • Preparazione e gestione delle procedure di avviamento impianto;
  • Supporto alle attività di start-up e commissioning;
  • Esecuzione verifiche di campo: SAT, pressure test, IO test, riempimenti, allineamenti pompe e calibrazione strumenti;
  • Interfaccia con automation specialist, process engineer, ufficio tecnico e cliente finale durante le fasi di messa in servizio.

Sicurezza e responsabilità di cantiere

  • Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività di cantiere garantendo rispetto di tempistiche, qualità e normative HSE;
  • Supervisione della documentazione di sicurezza e gestione attività ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/08;

Requirements

  • Esperienza maturata in ruoli di Site Manager, Capo Cantiere o Supervisione impianti elettromeccanici complessi;
  • Provenienza preferibilmente da contesti EPC, impiantistica industriale, trattamento acque, energy o infrastrutture;
  • Conoscenza di AutoCAD e pacchetto Office;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale (ritorno nel weekend sempre garantito)
