Mercier Consultancy is recruiting an Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of a leading international company in the tobacco industry.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Slovenian (C2 level).
  • Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Minimum age requirement 21+
