Job Overview

We are currently scouting for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Slovenian Speaking Support Specialist in Bulgaria. This exciting Slovenian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria offers a unique opportunity to provide world-class assistance within a high-growth Customer Support Services environment while enjoying a fully supported international career transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical and non-technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain superior service standards within the Customer Support Services sector to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Effectively resolve inquiries regarding products or services using your native-level Slovenian language skills.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal database system.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport holder or work permit for Bulgaria.
  • Proven experience or a strong interest in the Customer Support Services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate within our diverse, multi-cultural corporate environment.
