Descripción del puesto

En KrediYA buscamos un/a Experto/a en Snowflake para diseñar, optimizar y fortalecer nuestra plataforma de datos, asegurando su escalabilidad, seguridad, calidad y eficiencia operativa.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de mejorar la arquitectura y el rendimiento de Snowflake para respaldar la operación regional. Trabajará de manera cercana con los equipos de Data Engineering, Analytics y tecnología, implementando buenas prácticas de gobierno de datos, modelado, seguridad y optimización de costos.

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia práctica en plataformas de datos, sólida capacidad analítica y orientación a la mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones de datos sobre Snowflake.
  • Administrar y mejorar la arquitectura de la plataforma para garantizar escalabilidad, disponibilidad y rendimiento.
  • Desarrollar y mantener procesos de ingesta y transformación de datos utilizando Snowpipe, Snowpark, Streams y Tasks.
  • Monitorear consultas, cargas de trabajo y consumo de recursos para optimizar el desempeño y los costos.
  • Diseñar modelos de datos eficientes que respondan a las necesidades del negocio.
  • Implementar políticas de seguridad, accesos, roles y protección de información.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas de gobierno, calidad y trazabilidad de datos.
  • Gestionar mecanismos de Secure Data Sharing.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con rendimiento, disponibilidad e integridad de los datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Data Engineering, Analytics y negocio.
  • Documentar arquitecturas, configuraciones, procesos y estándares técnicos.

Requirements

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Warehousing o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia práctica y comprobable trabajando con Snowflake.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura y administración de Snowflake.
  • Experiencia con Snowpipe, Snowpark, Streams y Tasks.
  • Dominio de SQL y experiencia con modelado de datos.
  • Conocimiento de Secure Data Sharing y políticas de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en optimización de consultas, rendimiento y costos.
  • Conocimiento de gobierno, calidad y seguridad de datos.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Habilidad para colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio.

Será un plus contar con:

  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud como GCP, AWS o Azure.
  • Conocimientos de Python.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de ETL/ELT y automatización de pipelines.
  • Conocimiento de Terraform o prácticas de Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experiencia en ambientes fintech, banca digital o industrias reguladas.
