募集概要 ソラコムはこれまで、自動販売機、スマートメーター、決済端末、見守り・翻訳デバイスといったさまざまな IoT ユースケースにコネクティビティを提供し、デバイスがクラウドと安全に通信することを支えてきました。

IoT システム構築に使いやすいサービスを提供するためには、単にそのサービス自体が便利なだけではなく、お客様がビジネスを構築しやすい料金体系や支払い手段の提供、運用時に使いやすい権限設定などの機能提供が必要です。またお客様に提供する機能だけでなく、ソラコム自体がプラットフォームとしてスケールしていくための内部向けシステム、例えばデバイス類や SIM カードの円滑な提供を行うためのキッティングシステムや、顧客サポートのための管理コンソール、定型業務を自動化するシステムなどをグローバルに提供する必要があります。

本ポジションでは、このようなソラコムの業務システム全般の構築・運用に取り組みます。新しいサービスやビジネスの枠組みを作る段階から、さまざまな職種・地域やグローバルの社員とコミュニケーションを取りながら、利用者であるお客様や社員が使いやすいシステムの仕様策定から構築、運用までを一貫して行います。

仕事内容

  • 日本およびグローバルで提供するソラコム各サービスの課金・決済システムの設計・構築・運用
  • デバイスや通信機器の直販 / 出荷システムの設計・構築・運用
  • 社内利用の業務システムの設計・構築・運用
  • 利用者のフィードバックを基にした、既存業務システムの継続的な機能改善・リリース
  • ビジネス拡大に伴う新規業務システムの企画・立ち上げ

Requirements

必須のスキル・経験

  • Java または静的型付け言語を使った業務ロジックの実装経験
  • ビジネス要件を把握し、ビジネスサイドと共に適切な仕様を定義・実装する能力
  • 大規模な Web システムの開発・運用経験
  • スケーラブルなシステムのデータ設計・パフォーマンスチューニング経験
  • 自ら手を動かして試し、最新の技術動向をキャッチアップする能力
  • システム全体および利用するライブラリ・フレームワークを理解した上で実装する能力
  • 社内のグローバルチームと仕事を進めるための日本語力 / 英語力

歓迎するスキル・経験

  • AWS・GCP・Azure でのインフラ構築・運用経験
  • Spring Boot などを用いた API 開発経験
  • 決済サービスやプロダクトに関する知識・経験
  • ERP パッケージの導入・カスタマイズ経験
