The posting

Robeauté is redefining the future of brain therapies with the first microrobotic platform of its kind, designed to navigate the human brain with unprecedented precision. The new generation of microrobots can diagnose, treat and monitor the brain from within, overcoming long-standing limitations in treating neurological conditions that affect more than one in three people worldwide.

By bridging the gap between therapeutic innovation and deep physical access to the brain, our technology aims to support safe, targeted and intelligent brain interventions, bringing outsized value to patients, clinicians, and health systems globally.

Since our founding in 2017, we’ve filed over 50 patents and successfully tested our technology in living animals. Human clinical trials are targeted for 2026/2027. Backed by €27M in Series A funding from Plural, Cherry Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Brainlab, we are entering a new phase of growth.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Software Test Engineer to lead verification and validation of our clinical software, ensuring safety, performance, and regulatory compliance across the entire software.

  • Work with system, hardware, and software teams to validate integrated system behavior.

Compliance & design controls

  • Contribute to design reviews, risk management, cybersecurity, and usability evaluations.
  • Produce test documentation in line with design control and QMS procedures.
  • Interface with QA/RA and Clinical teams for submissions and audits.

Continuous improvement

  • Perform root cause analysis and support CAPAs.
  • Improve testing processes, automation, and software lifecycle practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
