Die Rolle

Sie entwickeln unsere Produkte weiter – und Sie sprechen dabei direkt mit den Menschen, die damit arbeiten. Das unterscheidet diese Position von einer reinen Entwicklerrolle: Sie nehmen Anforderungen selbst beim Kunden auf und begleiten Ihre Lösung bis zur Abnahme.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Entwicklung. Der Kundenanteil macht die Arbeit greifbar – Sie sehen unmittelbar, was Ihre Arbeit im Betrieb bewirkt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung

• Weiterentwicklung unserer produktiven .NET-Anwendungen: neue Funktionen, technische Optimierung, Performance

• Umsetzung von Änderungswünschen und Neuentwicklungen in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Professional Services

• Entwurf technischer Lösungen einschließlich Aufwandsschätzung

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Schnittstellen: REST und SOAP, XML- und Datei-Import/-Export

• Datenbanknahe Arbeit mit Oracle und MS SQL Server – Abfragen, Views, Stored Procedures

• Code Reviews, technische Dokumentation, Release- und Deployment-Prozesse

Kundenprojekte

• Anforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Kunden aufnehmen und präzisieren

• Änderungswünsche fachlich und technisch spezifizieren, Aufwände einschätzen und im Kundengespräch vertreten

• Abstimmungstermine und Produktdemos eigenständig führen, per Video-Call oder vor Ort

• Ergebnisse verständlich zurückspiegeln

Optional

• Mitgestaltung unserer KI- und Automatisierungsthemen, im Produkt wie in der täglichen Entwicklungsarbeit

Requirements

Voraussetzungen

• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift. Unsere Kunden kommunizieren auf Deutsch – schriftlich wie im Gespräch.

• Wohnort im Umkreis von maximal 60 km um Mülheim an der Ruhr. Regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort gehört zur Rolle.

• Gute Kenntnisse in C# oder VB.NET. Unsere Systeme laufen auf VB.NET. Wenn Sie aus der C#-Welt kommen, unterstützen wir den Einstieg – die .NET-Grundlagen sind dieselben.

• Sicheres Auftreten im Kundengespräch.

Ihr fachlicher Hintergrund

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im Unternehmensumfeld

• Gute Kenntnisse in .NET, in C# und/oder VB.NET

• Erfahrung mit umfangreichen, produktiv eingesetzten Anwendungen

• Gute SQL-Kenntnisse in Oracle und/oder MS SQL Server

• Solide Web- und Integrationsgrundlagen: ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML

• Gutes Englisch für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Valsoft-Gruppe

Von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit DevExpress, jQuery oder vergleichbaren UI-Frameworks

• Praktische Nutzung von KI-Werkzeugen in der Entwicklung

• Erfahrung mit Logistik-, Hafen-, ERP- oder Beschaffungssoftware

• Routine im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
