About the Role (your why)

As a Solution Specialist, you will be a key member of our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team working alongside customers to co-create solutions that transform and modernise the way they work. You will design, build, implement and support Microsoft 365 solutions that strengthen collaboration, information management and productivity, using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate alongside Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft Purview.

You will deliver a first-class experience for customers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will work autonomously on agreed project tasks within a collaborative team, following delivery methodologies, architectural standards and change-management processes, with senior specialists available for guidance and peer review.

This role is part of our Australia and New Zealand team. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
