IT Sourcing & Procurementは、当社グループが展開する各地域（日本・米国・シンガポール・中国）における購買・調達活動を「資源配分、ガバナンス、データ品質を支える重要な戦略機能」として捉え、予算策定・購買・契約・支払・分析プロセスの集約・標準化を進めています。

また集約・標準化した手続をAIや自動化技術を駆使してより効率的で信頼性の高い業務基盤とし、フロントが事業成長に集中できる環境をつくります。

業務内容

  • 購買・調達関連の定型事務（代行）
  • 社内システム（Jira/NetSuite/Spreadsheet等）を活用した、購買・契約・支払依頼のデータ入力およびステータス更新業務
  • あらかじめ定められたチェックリストに基づく、申請内容の不備確認および差し戻し連絡の代行
  • 契約・支払手続きに必要なデータ整備
  • 契約締結に向けた必要情報の収集および指定フォーマットへの整理
  • 請求書データの受領確認、および各種台帳への入力・更新業務
  • 定型問い合わせ対応
  • 用意されたFAQ・マニュアルに基づく、社内からの問い合わせ対応
  • 不足している情報の定型フォーマットによる提出依頼・リマインド送信
  • 業務フロー可視化・ドキュメント作成
  • 現行業務フローのヒアリングに基づく業務フロー図の作成
  • 業務マニュアル、FAQドキュメントの新規作成および更新業務

主たる条件

  • 委託料 1時間あたり 2,000円（税別）
  • 毎月末日締め、翌月末日支払
  • 週3日以上稼働
  • 稼働場所：東京オフィス
  • 契約期間：3か月（一方の当事者からの更新しない旨の通知がない限り、自動更新）

Requirements

必須要件

  • 事務アシスタント、営業事務、購買事務、経理事務、総務事務、法務事務等のバックオフィス実務経験
  • Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Office（特にSpreadsheet / Excel）を用いた表計算・データ管理スキル
  • 複数のタスクを整理し、優先順位と期限を意識して正確かつ着実に進行できる業務管理能力
  • 社内外の関係者と丁寧かつ正確に連携できる日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力

歓迎要件

  • 購買、調達、契約管理、支払処理、請求書処理のいずれかに関する実務経験
  • SaaS、業務委託、派遣、固定資産、IT機器等の購買・契約手続きに関する知識
  • 経理、財務、法務、総務、情報システム部門との連携経験および多国籍・多文化環境での業務経験
  • 英語での読み書き・コミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
  • 業務マニュアル・FAQの作成経験、またはBPR・RPA・AIツール等による業務改善への関心・経験
