Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste BI / Développeur Power BI senior pour contribuer au volet analytique d'un projet d'envergure dans le secteur de la santé. Le projet vise à moderniser un orchestrateur de prise de rendez-vous de première ligne et à intégrer un très grand volume de données cliniques provenant de nouveaux systèmes et de dossiers médicaux électroniques.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des rapports et tableaux de bord décisionnels dans Power BI
  • Intégrer et normaliser des données cliniques à fort volume dans un environnement Microsoft Fabric
  • Construire et optimiser des pipelines de données selon une architecture médaillon
  • Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de modélisation dimensionnelle et d'optimisation
  • Assurer la sécurité et la gouvernance des données (gestion des accès, RLS/OLS)

Exigences

Formation

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) en TI, administration des affaires, gestion ou domaine connexe

Expérience

  • Au moins 15 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience acquise au cours des 10 dernières années en BI, analytique ou visualisation de données
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en développement de produits de données analytiques, incluant des jeux de données complexes intégrant des sources cliniques ou administratives (ex. : SIURGE, Clinibase, MedUrge, LGI Paie)
  • Expérience concrète confirmée avec Power BI : développement de rapports, tableaux de bord, modélisation dimensionnelle, DAX avancé et Power Query
  • Expérience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFe) ou en approches hybrides Agile + Waterfall

Certifications requises

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst PL-300
  • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate PL-200 (ou équivalences)
  • Tableau Certified Associate/Professional

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance technique de la plateforme Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, Pipeline, notebook PySpark)
  • Maîtrise des langages T-SQL, M, R, JSON, Python, DAX
  • Maîtrise de Power BI et Power Apps (modélisation, rapports interactifs, performance)
  • Techniques de modélisation et d'optimisation (schémas en étoile/flocon, agrégations, partitions, stratégies de rafraîchissement dans Fabric)
  • Services Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake Gen2, Data Factory)
  • Normes de sécurité des données, gestion des accès, cryptographie, RLS/OLS
  • Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office 365
  • Maîtrise avancée du français parlé et écrit
