Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste DevOps compétent(e) et proactif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance, afin de soutenir la livraison continue des solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations et Customer Engagement. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) jouera un rôle clé dans l'automatisation de l'infrastructure, l’optimisation des pipelines CI/CD, et la stabilité des environnements via Azure DevOps et les services cloud Microsoft.

Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Concevoir, implémenter et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD évolutifs avec Azure DevOps pour Dynamics 365 (F&O et CE).
  • Automatiser la mise en place d'infrastructures et les déploiements à l'aide d'outils Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) comme Terraform ou les modèles ARM.
  • Collaborer avec les développeurs, les gestionnaires de versions et les équipes QA pour assurer une intégration, des tests et des déploiements fluides.
  • Mettre en œuvre des systèmes de supervision, de journalisation et d’alerte pour les environnements de préproduction et de production.
  • Appliquer les pratiques DevSecOps afin de garantir la sécurité et la conformité à toutes les étapes du cycle de développement logiciel (SDLC).
  • Assurer la cohérence des builds, les capacités de retour arrière et la gestion des configurations entre les environnements.

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (ce poste nécessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux)
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en DevOps, avec une forte expertise dans l’administration et l’automatisation des pipelines Azure DevOps
  • Expérience pratique avec Dynamics 365 (CRM et/ou Finance & Operations), Dataverse, et l’ALM de la Power Platform
  • Maîtrise du scripting et de l’automatisation avec PowerShell, TypeScript, C#, ou des langages similaires
  • Solide compréhension de l'administration Azure DevOps, notamment les permissions, agents, connexions de service et pipelines YAML
  • Mise en œuvre de solutions Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) avec Bicep, en complément de Terraform ou des modèles ARM pour améliorer l’automatisation des déploiements et la gestion des ressources
  • Expérience dans l’emballage des solutions managées/non-managées, l’automatisation des déploiements et les stratégies de livraison
  • Excellentes compétences en collaboration et en résolution de problèmes pour soutenir des livraisons DevOps multi-équipes

Un atout si vous avez :

  • Des certifications Microsoft en Azure DevOps, Power Platform ou Dynamics 365
  • Une expérience avec des outils tels que MSBuild, NuGet, Gulp, XAML ou des systèmes de build basés sur YAML

Your team’s dynamic:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Specialist to join our growing team to support the continuous delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and environment stability through Azure DevOps and Microsoft cloud services.

Your day at a glance :

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Collaborate with developers, release managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for pre-production and production environments.
  • Enforce DevSecOps practices to maintain security and compliance across all stages of the SDLC.
  • Ensure build consistency, rollback capabilities, and configuration management across environments.

What makes you a great fit :

  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps pipeline administration and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations), Dataverse, and Power Platform ALM.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of Azure DevOps administration, including permissions, agents, service connections, and YAML pipelines.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Bicep alongside Terraform or ARM templates to enhance deployment automation and resource management.
  • Experience with managed/unmanaged solution packaging, deployment automation, and release strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and troubleshooting skills to support multi-team DevOps delivery.

An asset if you have :

  • Microsoft certifications in Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with tools like MSBuild, NuGet, Gulp, XAML, or YAML-based build systems.
