Taux horaire : 60$ par heure

Perdiem : 70$ perdiem par jour travaillé

Nous offrons des services professionnels en dotation de personnel qualifié, en misant sur le respect, l’éthique et l’excellence. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste en réadaptation visuelle (SRDV) pour combler des besoins dans la région de l’Abitibi.

Le ou la SRDV joue un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des personnes ayant une déficience visuelle partielle ou totale. Vous contribuerez à améliorer leur autonomie et leur qualité de vie par des interventions personnalisées et adaptées à leurs besoins spécifiques, à domicile, en établissement ou en milieu scolaire.

Votre mission principale sera :

  • Évaluer les capacités visuelles fonctionnelles et les besoins de réadaptation.
  • Élaborer des plans d’intervention individualisés en collaboration avec l’usager et les équipes cliniques.
  • Enseigner des stratégies d’adaptation et l’utilisation d’aides techniques (ex. : loupes, lecteurs d’écran, braille).
  • Intervenir auprès d’une clientèle de tout âge (enfants, adultes, aînés).
  • Participer aux suivis interdisciplinaires avec les ergothérapeutes, orthoptistes, psychologues et autres professionnels.
  • Offrir du soutien aux proches aidants, au besoin.

Requis :

  • Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle en orientation et mobilité, ou en réadaptation visuelle fonctionnelle (ou équivalent reconnu).
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des orthophonistes et audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ) ou autre instance pertinente.
  • Expérience en intervention auprès de personnes ayant une déficience visuelle (un atout).
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et d’adaptation.
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule (obligatoire pour les déplacements en Abitibi).
  • Connaissance du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (CISSS, CIUSSS).
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais).
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques d’aide à la vision.
