The posting

Job overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to serve as the primary technical bridge between our R&D engineering teams and contract manufacturing (CM) partners. In this role, you will leverage your electronics expertise to empower our partners with the technical tools and insights necessary for high-precision production. You will act as the technical architect for the manufacturing environment, defining requirements for test jigs and equipment while ensuring our partners are technically equipped to meet rigorous quality and throughput standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate complex design intent into actionable manufacturing reality.

Your day at a glance:

  • Serve as the first line of support for tests and test jigs, providing expert guidance on product architecture and electronics troubleshooting
  • Lead Design-for-Test (DFT) initiatives in close collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Software teams to optimize product manufacturability
  • Partner with internal R&D and external specialized firms to oversee the design and fabrication of test equipment based on your technical inputs
  • Lead the deployment and validation of new manufacturing tools at partner sites, ensuring equipment performs to specified requirements
  • Orchestrate the technical introduction of new products (NPI) into manufacturing, ensuring seamless transitions from design to full-scale production
  • Oversee the design, fabrication, and on-site validation of new manufacturing tools and test equipment to ensure they meet performance standards
  • Manage the equipment park at contract manufacturing locations, including the definition and oversight of preventive maintenance specifications
  • Support the troubleshooting of RMAs, performing root-cause analysis on hardware failures and maintaining detailed technical documentation
  • Analyze production and test data to provide manufacturers with actionable insights that improve yields and long-term reliability

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
