Le spécialiste en lancement de nouveaux produits est chargé de tenir à jour toute la documentation technique relative aux produits électroniques, aux assemblages et aux composants. Il veille à ce que les dessins techniques, les nomenclatures, les instructions de fabrication et les documents de conformité soient précis, cohérents et accessibles tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

Le spécialiste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de fabrication, de qualité et de chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de soutenir les lancements de produits, les changements et les initiatives d'amélioration continue. Une grande attention aux détails, une maîtrise des outils PLM et une aisance dans la navigation des structures de produits sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Tenir à jour la documentation relative aux produits, y compris les nomenclatures, les dessins techniques, les instructions d'assemblage et les spécifications des produits
  • Traiter et mettre à jour la documentation associée aux demandes de modification technique (ECR) et aux ordres de modification technique (ECO)
  • Soutenir les activités de gestion du cycle de vie des produits (PLM) en garantissant l'exactitude de la saisie des données et de la structure des documents
  • Veiller à ce que la documentation soit conforme aux normes industrielles (par exemple, ISO 9001) et aux exigences réglementaires (par exemple, RoHS, REACH, le cas échéant)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de fabrication, de qualité et de chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de garantir l'exactitude de la documentation produit
  • Gérer les workflows de publication des documents dans les systèmes PLM/ERP (par exemple, Arena, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Job overview:

The New Product Introduction Specialist is responsible for maintaining all technical documentation associated with electronic products, assemblies, and components. This role ensures that engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), manufacturing instructions, and compliance documents are accurate, consistent, and accessible throughout the product lifecycle.

The specialist works closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support product releases, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail, proficiency with PLM tools, and comfort navigating product structures are essential to success in this role.

Your day at a glance:

  • Maintain product documentation, including BOMs, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and product specifications
  • Process and update documentation associated with Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
  • Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities by ensuring accurate data entry and document structure
  • Ensure documentation meets industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH when applicable)
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product documentation is accurate
  • Manage document release workflows within PLM/ERP systems (e.g. Arena, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

What makes you a great fit:

  • Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering), or equivalent experience with PLM systems and product documentation processes
  • 1–3 years experience in documentation control, configuration management or engineering support within an electronics or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with PLM systems to manage product structures, documentation, and engineering change workflows
  • Proficiency with ERP systems used for product and documentation management
  • Familiarity with BOM structures, assembly processes, and electronic components
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written communication and ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to manage document workflows and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
