Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and service activations.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile, internet, and fiber-optic connectivity issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving billing, account management, and network service requests efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest telecommunications hardware and software products to provide accurate product consultations.
  • Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and account history tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical faults within the telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and service quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
  • Strong passion for technology and the telecommunications industry with a desire to learn complex systems.
