We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in Athens for the Spanish Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class support to users regarding search engine products and service inquiries.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem-solving within the Customer Support Services sector.
  • Navigate complex digital platforms to provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and maintain service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
