We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Spanish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our dynamic customer support services team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the customer support services sector.
  • Resolve technical and general inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.

  • Act as a primary brand ambassador for our international clients, ensuring a premium service experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our multicultural office.
