The Specialist Allergy & Immunology physician is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with allergic, immunologic, and related respiratory and systemic conditions.
The physician will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, perform appropriate allergy investigations and procedures within approved clinical privileges, and work collaboratively with other specialties to ensure comprehensive management of complex allergic and immune-mediated disorders.
Requirements
Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Recognized postgraduate qualification in Allergy & Immunology, Internal Medicine with appropriate subspecialty training, Pediatrics with relevant subspecialty training, or an equivalent recognized specialty.
Relevant fellowship or subspecialty qualification in Allergy & Immunology is preferred.
Qualification must be recognized by the relevant UAE health authority.
Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required by the healthcare facility.
