We're Hiring | Specialist Endocrinologist

📍 Location: Dubai

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Female Specialist Endocrinologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide specialist-level assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient endocrinology consultations.
  • Manage patients with diabetes mellitus and related complications.
  • Evaluate and treat thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal disorders.
  • Manage pituitary disorders and other hormonal abnormalities.
  • Assess and manage osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based treatment plans and ongoing monitoring.
  • Review and interpret laboratory, hormonal and diagnostic investigations.
  • Coordinate patient care with other medical and surgical specialties where required.
  • Provide appropriate counselling regarding lifestyle, nutrition and long-term disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance and quality-improvement activities.
  • Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior medical staff where required.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Recognised Specialist qualification in Endocrinology / Endocrinology and Metabolism.
  • Relevant postgraduate training and clinical experience in Endocrinology.
  • Strong experience managing diabetes and a broad range of endocrine disorders.
  • Current professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
  • Eligibility for DHA licensing in Dubai, subject to DHA assessment and approval.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Benefits

  • The maximum package is AED 45,000 per month, inclusive of housing and travel allowance. The package also includes:
  • 1 month hotel accommodation upon arrival in Dubai.
  • Flight, visa and employment sponsorship covered by the hospital.
  • Internal support with DHA licensing.
  • Health insurance for the employee, spouse and up to 3 children.
  • Annual return flight for the employee, spouse and up to 2 children.
  • 30 days of annual leave in accordance with UAE labour law.
