Description

Pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, entreprise majeure du secteur de l'énergie, nous recherchons un(e) Specialist Import-Export (H/F) en CDD dont le rôle central est d'assurer la gestion complète et fluide des opérations d'importation et d'exportation de la société.

Garant de la conformité réglementaire et de l'optimisation de la chaîne logistique, il / elle pilote l'acquisition de biens à l'international, supervise le dédouanement et le transit local, et sécurise la livraison finale des marchandises au sein de nos usines industrielles.

Missions Principales

  • Gestion des achats internationaux : Coordonner directement avec les fournisseurs internationaux pour l'acquisition et le suivi des biens et services commandés ;
  • Logistique et transport : Organiser le transport des marchandises depuis le point d'achat d'origine jusqu'à la livraison finale aux usines, en assurant un suivi rigoureux pour garantir le respect des délais ;
  • Gestion des partenaires logistiques : Sélectionner, évaluer et piloter les relations opérationnelles avec les transporteurs et les prestataires logistiques ;
  • Dédouanement et conformité réglementaire : Préparer, contrôler l'intégralité des documents requis pour l'import-export et collaborer étroitement avec les commissionnaires agréés en douane afin d'assurer des opérations fluides et 100 % conformes aux lois en vigueur ;
  • Transit local et réception : Piloter le transit des marchandises sur le territoire national, coordonner leur acheminement vers les usines et superviser la réception physique tout en vérifiant la stricte conformité des produits reçus par rapport aux commandes ;
  • Interface et coordination interne : Collaborer de manière transversale avec les départements internes (Achats, Centrales opérationnelles, Finance) pour fluidifier les flux d'informations et optimiser les processus ;
  • Communication externe : Assurer un canal de communication fluide, régulier et professionnel avec l'ensemble des partenaires, fournisseurs et administrations douanières.

Requirements

Profil requis

  • Formation : Diplôme (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en Commerce International, Logistique, Transport ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : 05 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire (idéalement dans le secteur industriel ou de l'énergie).

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance approfondie et actualisée des procédures de dédouanement et des réglementations du commerce international ;
  • Compétences éprouvées en négociation commerciale et en gestion de contrats de transport/logistique ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels ERP ou de gestion logistique.

Compétences managériales

  • Coordination et pilotage de prestataires externes (transitaires, transporteurs, douaniers) ;
  • Aptitude à gérer les priorités opérationnelles et à coordonner des flux complexes.

Compétences linguistiques

  • Français : courant ;
  • Anglais : courant / maîtrisé (indispensable pour les échanges quotidiens avec les fournisseurs internationaux).

Compétences comportementales

  • Rigueur extrême et sens élevé du détail ;
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps ;
  • Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et force de proposition ;
  • Flexibilité, adaptabilité et grande réactivité face aux imprévus de la chaîne logistique ;
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale, esprit d'équipe et de collaboration.
