Per conto del nostro cliente, un’azienda italiana parte di un gruppo multinazionale leader nella commercializzazione e assistenza di macchinari per la gestione del contante, stiamo selezionando un/una Specialista Paghe e Contributi (Zucchetti) da inserire stabilmente nell’ufficio del personale. Il ruolo è strategico e garantisce la corretta gestione di tutti gli adempimenti retributivi, previdenziali e contributivi, assicurando piena compliance e un supporto concreto e preciso ai dipendenti.

Obiettivo del ruolo

Gestire in autonomia l’intero ciclo paghe e contributi, con particolare attenzione alla lettura, verifica e analisi delle buste paga, garantendo la corretta elaborazione, l’invio di tutti gli adempimenti previdenziali e assicurativi, e la gestione amministrativa del rapporto di lavoro.

Principali responsabilità

  • Elaborazione paghe con Zucchetti Paghe Infinity e HR Analytics (importazione certificati di malattia, inserimento giustificativi, congedi parentali, ecc.).
  • Lettura, verifica e analisi approfondita delle buste paga per garantirne la correttezza e supportare i dipendenti.
  • Gestione voci di paga e preparazione dei dati variabili retributivi.
  • Invio Uniemens e utilizzo del Cassetto Previdenziale INPS.
  • Invio distinte ai Fondi Pensione.
  • Gestione INAIL: invio denunce di infortunio.
  • Predisposizione certificati di stipendio per Cessioni del Quinto e finanziarie.
  • Invio Unilav tramite portale Collocamento.
  • Gestione Collocamento Mirato (esoneri, computi, convenzioni, prospetto informativo).
  • Gestione completa del rapporto di lavoro: assunzioni, cessazioni e sanzioni disciplinari.
  • Elaborazione di report e analisi con Excel avanzato (tabelle Pivot e funzione Cerca.Vert).

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno 3-5 anni) nel ruolo di Specialista Paghe / Addetto/a Paghe e Contributi.
  • Conoscenza approfondita del software Zucchetti Paghe Infinity e HR Analytics.
  • Elevata capacità di lettura, interpretazione e analisi delle buste paga.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel (tabelle Pivot e funzione Cerca.Vert).
  • Conoscenza operativa di: Uniemens, INPS (Cassetto Previdenziale), INAIL, Unilav, Collocamento Mirato e gestione Cessioni del Quinto.
  • Conoscenza delle principali voci di paga e degli adempimenti connessi alla gestione del rapporto di lavoro (assunzioni, cessazioni, sanzioni disciplinari).
  • Idoneità a lavorare in Italia.
