Cosa Farai

Come Specialista Sinistri Automotive, ti occuperai di:

  • Registrare e gestire i sinistri nei sistemi interni
  • Gestire richieste di riparazione automobilistica secondo la copertura contrattuale
  • Valutare l’ammissibilità delle richieste e analizzare i rischi associati
  • Prendere decisioni informate e comunicarle a clienti e partner
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e gestione del rischio
  • Contribuire con idee per migliorare i processi e l’efficienza del team
  • Condividere conoscenze e supportare un ambiente di lavoro positivo

Requirements

  • Chi Cerchiamo
  • Madrelingua italiano (obbligatorio)
  • Portoghese o inglese livello minimo B2
  • Esperienza in customer support, ruoli amministrativi o simili
  • Esperienza o interesse nel settore meccanico/automotive è un forte plus
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e approccio proattivo
