Dbamy o nasze oceany i naszą planetę, dlatego rewolucjonizujemy przemysł, eliminując zanieczyszczenie plastikiem i ułatwiając firmom przejście na rozwiązania oparte na surowcach roślinnych.

Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Specjalista/ka ds. Administracji i Recepcji (Administration & Reception Specialist), która będzie odpowiedzialna za obsługę recepcji oraz wsparcie administracyjne biura i działów firmy. Jako część naszego zespołu będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za:

  • Profesjonalna obsługa recepcji oraz budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy (Witanie gości, klientów, kontrahentów i partnerów biznesowych.)
  • Organizacja oraz obsługa spotkań biznesowych, wizyt gości i wydarzeń firmowych. Przygotowywanie sal konferencyjnych oraz koordynacja usług cateringowych.
  • Obsługa korespondencji przychodzącej i wychodzącej.
  • Koordynacja obiegu dokumentów i przepływu informacji w organizacji.
  • Prowadzenie bieżących spraw administracyjnych i archiwizacja dokumentacji.
  • Współpraca z dostawcami usług, firmami kurierskimi i partnerami zewnętrznymi.
  • Wsparcie działów firmy w zakresie organizacyjnym i administracyjnym.
  • Koordynowanie floty samochodowej (pool car).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów.
  • Wysoka kultura osobista oraz profesjonalizm w kontaktach biznesowych.
  • Samodzielność, dokładność i odpowiedzialność.
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Dyskrecja oraz umiejętność pracy z informacjami poufnymi.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Ważne orzeczenie sanitarno-epidemiologiczne (lub gotowość do odbycia stosownego badania lekarskiego przed zatrudnieniem).

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie we wsparciu kadry zarządzającej.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Greenfield.
