Do jednego z naszych Business Unitów, Base Courier, szukamy osoby na stanowisko Specjalisty/-tki ds. Sprzedaży Telefonicznej.

Base Courier zmienia branżę logistyczną, bo upraszcza i optymalizuje procesy wysyłkowe. To jeden zintegrowany punkt dostępu, który łączy firmy z szeroką siecią krajowych i międzynarodowych przewoźników. Dzięki temu nasi klienci mogą łatwo skalować swoje operacje i rozwijać się globalnie.

Jako Specjalista/-tka ds. Sprzedaży Telefonicznej będziesz pierwszym głosem Base Courier dla firm e-commerce, czyli sklepów internetowych i sprzedawców z marketplace'ów, którzy szukają prostszej i tańszej wysyłki. Pracujesz na przygotowanej przez nas bazie leadów. Dzwonisz, rozpoznajesz potrzeby, przedstawiasz ofertę i prowadzisz klienta aż do pierwszych nadanych przesyłek. To dobre miejsce, żeby zbudować solidne podstawy w sprzedaży B2B. Zapewniamy wdrożenie, szkolenia i wsparcie zespołu.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów z sektora MŚP przez telefon. Obejmuje to kontakt z przygotowaną bazą leadów, rozpoznanie potrzeb wysyłkowych i prezentację oferty.
  • Prowadzenie klienta od pierwszej rozmowy do rejestracji konta i pierwszych przesyłek.
  • Utrzymywanie kontaktu z pozyskanymi klientami i dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi.
  • Realizacja miesięcznych celów sprzedażowych i rzetelne raportowanie działań w CRM.
  • Współpraca z zespołem sprzedaży i obsługi klienta

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży telefonicznej, obsłudze klienta lub call center
  • Swoboda w rozmowach telefonicznych, komunikatywność i odporność na odmowy.
  • Nastawienie na cel i chęć zarabiania na swoich wynikach.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i sumienność.
  • Mile widziane: znajomość e-commerce lub branży kurierskiej oraz praca z CRM.
